How to Join

To be eligible for membership in the IOCN, successful completion of an accredited coaching training programme of no less than 60 hours is mandatory along with full-time staff status at an international organization and providing pro-bono coaching services to IO staff members. 

By joining the IOCN, you will have access to an active platform that offers development opportunities, tailored meetings, information sharing, advisory support, and a space to discuss common issues.
